When you buy a FARM-Africa PRESENTS virtual gift you are making a donation to FARM-Africa's vital work to provide a better future for rural African communities. Our work includes providing animals to rural people so they have essential products like milk and eggs to improve nutrition, and any surplus can be sold to boost the family's income. But this is just one of the ways that your donation can help FARM-Africa to improve lives.
Your gift is used throughout FARM-Africa's work, wherever the need is greatest. This way, you can be sure your support makes the maximum difference in helping to transform lives, permanently. Your donation may be used to help provide livestock, seeds, training or other support, including paying for essential running costs, for projects tailored specifically to the needs of a local African community.
Our projects are based in Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda and Southern Sudan. Whether improving small-scale dairy goat farming, working to resolve conflict with pastoral communities or developing new roles for villagers to manage forests, we know that with just a little assistance, African farmers can dramatically improve their own well-being.
